Annie has worked her way up from the bottom of the pile to running large teams of people in organisations such as Ipsos, DHL, Bizerba, and a Formula 3 race team.

She has turned around a number of finance teams, as well as been instrumental in the growth or increased profitability of multiple businesses.

She has a keen interest and a natural talent in the strategy side of things and is able to quickly get to the root of a problem.

Gary Nials

Gary has been around the block, to put it simply. His previous roles, up to MD level, have been primarily in business improvement, strategy and change.

His remit is running and improving the day to day side of the office this end, leading some of the bigger client projects, as well as supporting Annie with the strategic side of things for both us and our clients.

When not at work, Gary likes to travel, watch films and spend time with his son.
